Fulfillment Policy
This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of services by Jordan St.Claire Snyder, a freelance graphic designer. By hiring me for any design service, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Project Scope and Confirmation

Before work begins, a clear project brief and agreed-upon scope of work must be confirmed in writing (via email or contract). The scope includes the type of deliverables, number of concepts, rounds of revisions, timeline, and pricing.

2. Delivery of Final Files

Final deliverables (e.g., JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI, or PSD files) will be provided upon:

  • Final approval of the design(s)

  • Full payment of the project balance

Files will be sent via email, file transfer link, or shared cloud folder, depending on the file size and format.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing clear feedback in a timely manner

  • Ensuring all materials provided are owned by or licensed to them

Delays in communication or feedback may impact the project timeline.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel the project at any time in writing. Refunds are subject to the amount of work completed:

  • If no work has begun: A full refund may be issued.

  • If work has started: A partial refund may be provided based on time and effort already spent.

  • If the project is near or at completion: No refund will be given.

In the event I must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive all completed work and a refund based on the remaining undelivered value.

5. Non-Delivery or Dissatisfaction

If you do not receive the final files within the agreed-upon timeframe, or if you're unsatisfied with the deliverables:

  • Please notify me within 7 days of delivery

  • I will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue or provide a solution

After 30 days without client communication, the project will be considered complete and closed.

6. Ownership and Usage Rights

Upon full payment:

  • You receive full usage rights to the final, approved design(s)

  • I retain the right to display work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing

Working files (e.g., PSD, AI) are only delivered upon request and may incur an additional fee unless specified in the contract.
